All my cakes are only made with the highest quality ingredients, such as Whittakers chocolate, Equagold Dutch cocoa and free range eggs. I use no artificial flavours or preservatives. Using the best ingredients does effect the costs, but in my opinion they do create the best flavours and are worth it.
I have worked in the food industry for many years, but cakes have always been my passion. When my children were young, I loved to create fabulous cakes for them. My passion has only grown more as the years have gone by. My hobby gradually became my business and I am thoroughly enjoying being able to create new and exciting cakes for my customers, who continue to support me in this venture. I have my own stand alone kitchen studio within my Warkworth property. Which is right in the heart of all the wedding venues/vineyards around Matakana and the surrounding areas.
