An all time favourite ... moist carrot & walnut cake with layers of zesty cream cheese buttercream

A very light, moist cake with either silky vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream or a rich chocolate ganache.

A delicious zesty lemon cake with layers of lemon curd and Swiss meringue buttercream. .... (raspberries are a lovely addition also)
